- Revitalization and Upgrade: Modernizing the facility to meet current industrial standards.
- Interior Demolition and Fit-Up: Complete interior demolition removed outdated structures, followed by a comprehensive fit-up to create a modern, functional space tailored to Atlantic Packaging’s needs.
- Mechanical/Electrical Upgrades: New mechanical systems were installed to enhance energy efficiency and reliability, and electrical upgrades were made to support modern machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Excavated Docks and Door Systems: Excavation and construction of new docks improved loading and unloading processes, while advanced door systems were installed for enhanced security and operational efficiency.
- Exterior Renovations: Renovations improved both the aesthetics and structural integrity of the building’s exterior, including new cladding and windows to create a modern facade.
- Civil Construction Work: Site grading, paving, and landscaping enhanced the functionality and appearance of the property.
- Storm Drains and Stormceptor Installation: New storm drains and Stormceptor systems were installed for effective stormwater management and environmental compliance.
- General Property Upgrades: Various property-wide renovations, including new docks, fencing and lighting, improved overall functionality and aesthetics.
